Hello Maziar,
Export of ESRI software and technical information pertaining to ESRI software is controlled by U.S. export law administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce. The U.S. government has imposed restrictions that prohibit export of ESRI technology to, or trade with, Iran. These restrictions also prohibit export of any ESRI technology to foreign nationals of Iran, wherever the foreign national is located.
Under compliance with the U.S. export law, we must immediately place a hold on your Global Account. If you think you received this e-mail in error please let us know.
We recognize the above action will cause inconvenience, but because the ESRI family of software is of U.S. origin, the software is governed by U.S. export law and compliance is mandatory.
Regards, ESRI
